Western blot analysis of CD243 / Multidrug Resistance 1 antibody in human tissues. Western blot was performed using CD243 / Multidrug Resistance 1 antibody (clone ABCB1/9309) on human kidney and human liver tissue lysates. A strong immunoreactive band is detected at approximately 170 kDa in both samples, consistent with the predicted molecular weight of ABCB1, also known as p170 or P-glycoprotein. The band appears broad and slightly diffuse, which is consistent with the extensively glycosylated nature of Multidrug Resistance 1 and its membrane-associated processing. The detected signal corresponds to the predicted molecular weight under reducing conditions. ABCB1 is physiologically enriched in kidney proximal tubules and liver canalicular membranes, and the prominent band intensity in these tissues supports specific detection of endogenous CD243.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of ZNF797 / Spalt-like transcription factor 4 antibody (clone SALL4/12615) in human seminoma. FFPE human seminoma tissue shows strong nuclear brown chromogenic staining in tumor cells, consistent with the expected nuclear localization of this transcription factor. The staining is diffuse within the seminoma cell population, with minimal background in surrounding stromal elements. Heat induced epitope retrieval was performed by boiling sections in 10mM Tris with 1mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 minutes at 95oC followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes before antibody incubation.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of RET Proto-Oncogene/Colorectal Cancer Marker antibody (clone r3F8) in human colon carcinoma tissue. FFPE human colon carcinoma shows membranous and cytoplasmic HRP-DAB brown staining in malignant epithelial cells lining glandular structures, consistent with RET expression. Staining highlights tumor cell membranes with additional cytoplasmic signal, while surrounding stromal elements demonstrate comparatively weaker reactivity. Nuclei are counterstained blue. The inset image represents a secondary antibody negative control in which PBS was used in place of the primary antibody and shows absence of specific staining. Heat induced epitope retrieval was performed by heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, at 95oC for 45 minutes followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes prior to immunostaining.

S100 Antibody for IHC Tissue Microarray (TMA). Immunohistochemistry analysis of S100 calcium binding protein B S100B in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded human normal and cancer tissue microarrays using recombinant rabbit monoclonal S100 antibody clone MSVA-490R. Tissue microarray (TMA) staining with HRP-DAB brown chromogen demonstrates strong nuclear and cytoplasmic localization in neural and melanocytic cell populations, including astrocytes in central nervous system tissues and melanocytes in peripheral tissues, while most epithelial tissues remain largely negative. Within tumor tissue microarrays, intense and diffuse staining is observed in melanoma and selected neural and soft tissue tumors, supporting its role as a marker of neural crest-derived lineages, whereas most epithelial malignancies show minimal to absent staining aside from occasional stromal or infiltrating S100-positive cells. Evaluation across large TMA panels enables direct comparison of S100B expression across diverse tissue types under standardized conditions. The observed staining patterns align with reported S100B expression profiles in publicly available datasets including the Human Protein Atlas.
