DGKH Antibody Human Cancer Cell WB. Western blot analysis of DGKH Antibody using lysates from 1) human RT4 cells, 2) human 293T cells, and 3) human A549 cells. Samples (30 ug/lane) were separated on an 8% SDS-PAGE gel under reducing conditions, transferred to a nitrocellulose membrane, and detected with DGKH Antibody at 0.5 ug/mL followed by an HRP-conjugated secondary antibody and ECL detection. A specific band is observed at approximately 135 kDa in all three cell lines, consistent with the predicted molecular weight of DGKH. These results demonstrate that DGKH Antibody, a Diacylglycerol Kinase Eta Antibody, specifically detects endogenous DGKH across multiple human cancer cell lines.

Description

DGKH Antibody recognizes diacylglycerol kinase eta (DGKH), a member of the diacylglycerol kinase family that regulates lipid-mediated signal transduction by phosphorylating diacylglycerol to generate phosphatidic acid. Through this enzymatic conversion, DGKH controls the balance between two important lipid second messengers, thereby influencing numerous signaling pathways that regulate cell proliferation, differentiation, migration, cytoskeletal organization, membrane trafficking, and neuronal activity.
