Placing an Order

To process an order, the following information will be required:

• Purchase order number or credit card number
• Contact name, phone number and email address
• Ship to and Bill to address

Pricing is subject to change without prior notice. All prices are listed in, and to be paid in, US Dollars.

Shipping and Handling

Products generally ship 1-2 days after the order is received. Out of stock items will take longer. Products are shipped by FedEx, standard overnight, with ice packs. Shipping is $50 (+ $10 packaging/handling) to anywhere in the continental US.

NSJ Bioreagents is not responsible for:

• Shipping delays due to shipping company errors
• Improper storage of received product

Returns and Product Guarantee

Due to the nature of the product and the required storage conditions, we are not able to accept product returns. However, if the incorrect product was shipped, shipping cost will be refunded as well as the cost of the product. All of our products come with a performance guarantee. NSJ Bioreagents guarantees its products 100%. If the product fails to perform as stated on the datasheet, the cost of the product and shipping will be credited or refunded upon request. Requests must be made within 6 months of purchase. NSJ Bioreagents 100% product guarantee applies to all Applications and Species stated on the product datasheet. Untested and therefore unstated Applications and Species are not warrantied. Expected Species cross-reaction is based on immunogen amino acid similarity between species being 80% or greater. The antibody should be suitable for testing samples from these species, however success is not warrantied.
