Immunohistochemistry analysis of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human brain tissue using CKB antibody (clone CKBB/8295R). Diffuse cytoplasmic staining is observed throughout the neuropil, with signal present in neuronal cell bodies and surrounding parenchyma. Individual nuclei show minimal staining, and background signal in the section is low. Nuclei are counterstained in blue. Inset shows PBS substituted for the primary antibody as a secondary-only negative control. Heat-induced antigen retrieval was performed by heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 minutes at 95oC, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Immunohistochemistry tissue microarray analysis of Desmin expression. DES/Desmin antibody (clone MSVA-651M) was evaluated by immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human tissue microarrays encompassing a wide range of normal and cancer tissues. Staining demonstrates cytoplasmic labeling in muscle-containing tissues and mesenchymal components consistent with known Desmin expression patterns, with strong reactivity observed in skeletal, cardiac, and smooth muscle compartments and variable expression across tumor types. Overall staining distribution and relative expression profiles are concordant with publicly available expression data reported by the Human Protein Atlas, supporting the biological relevance of the observed immunoreactivity.

Recombinant ELN/Elastin antibody (clone MSVA-648R) was evaluated by immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human tissue microarrays representing a broad panel of normal and cancer tissues. Staining highlights extracellular matrix-associated and elastic fiber localization in tissues known to contain elastic structures, including vascular, pulmonary, and connective tissue compartments, with minimal staining in tissues lacking elastic fibers. A distinct immunoreactive band is observed at the predicted molecular weight of FABP2 across all intestinal samples, consistent with conserved expression of fatty acid binding protein 2 in absorptive intestinal epithelium. Predicted molecular weight ~15 kDa.
