ADCYAP1 Antibody Human Testis IHC. Immunohistochemical staining of FFPE human testis tissue using ADCYAP1 antibody following heat-induced epitope retrieval in pH6 citrate buffer. Staining was visualized using an HRP secondary antibody with DAB chromogen. Moderate cytoplasmic staining is observed within seminiferous tubules, including spermatogenic cells, consistent with the reported expression of pituitary adenylate cyclase activating polypeptide in the human testis. This result demonstrates that the ADCYAP1 antibody is suitable for detecting endogenous ADCYAP1 in FFPE human reproductive tissue.

PACAP Antibody Human Hippocampus WB. Western blot analysis of human hippocampus lysate using PACAP antibody at 1 ug/ml. A distinct immunoreactive band is detected at approximately 21 kDa. Although the predicted molecular weight of the ADCYAP1 precursor is approximately 19 kDa, migration at approximately 21-25 kDa has been reported and may reflect precursor processing, post-translational modification, or differences in electrophoretic mobility. This result demonstrates that the PACAP antibody is suitable for detecting endogenous adenylate cyclase activating polypeptide in human brain tissue.

Immunohistochemical staining of IER3 using anti-IER3 antibody. IER3 was detected in a paraffin-embedded section of human stomach cancer tissue. Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed in EDTA buffer (pH 8.0, epitope retrieval solution). The tissue section was blocked with 10% goat serum. The tissue section was then incubated with 2 ug/ml rabbit anti-IER3 antibody overnight at 4oC. Peroxidase Conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG was used as secondary antibody and incubated for 30 minutes at 37oC. The tissue section was developed using an HRP secondary and DAB substrate.
