Immunofluorescence analysis of Indian hedgehog protein using IHH antibody. Indian hedgehog protein expression was examined in a paraffin-embedded section of human liver cancer tissue. Heat-mediated antigen retrieval was performed using EDTA buffer (pH 8.0). Tissue sections were blocked with normal goat serum and incubated with IHH antibody overnight at 4°C. Detection was performed using a Cy3-conjugated secondary antibody, and nuclei were counterstained with DAPI. Fluorescent images were acquired using appropriate filter sets.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of ZNF797 / Spalt-like transcription factor 4 antibody (clone SALL4/12615) in human seminoma. FFPE human seminoma tissue shows strong nuclear brown chromogenic staining in tumor cells, consistent with the expected nuclear localization of this transcription factor. The staining is diffuse within the seminoma cell population, with minimal background in surrounding stromal elements. Heat induced epitope retrieval was performed by boiling sections in 10mM Tris with 1mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 minutes at 95oC followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes before antibody incubation.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of S100 calcium-binding protein B / S100B antibody (clone MSVA-490R) in human tissue microarrays. Recombinant rabbit monoclonal S100-B antibody was evaluated on FFPE normal and cancer tissue microarrays. In normal tissues, staining is predominantly cytoplasmic and nuclear in astrocytes of the central nervous system and in melanocytic and selected stromal cell populations, consistent with known S100B distribution. In cancer tissues, strong cytoplasmic and nuclear HRP-DAB brown staining is observed in melanoma and selected neural and soft tissue tumors, while many epithelial malignancies show absent or minimal signal. The observed immunoreactivity pattern across normal and tumor specimens aligns with established expression data reported in the Human Protein Atlas, supporting the antibody’s specificity and suitability for comparative tissue expression studies.
