Western blot analysis of ATR Antibody / ANTXR1 Antibody detected a prominent band at approximately 63 kDa in human PBMC lysate, consistent with the cleaved PA63 form of ANTXR1 (full-length receptor approximately 83 kDa). The membrane was incubated with ATR antibody at 0.3 ug/ml followed by an HRP-conjugated secondary antibody for chemiluminescent detection.
