Immunohistochemical analysis of CDH17 in FFPE human colon adenocarcinoma using a CDH17 / Cadherin 17 antibody (clone CDH17/2613). Brown chromogenic staining is observed along epithelial cell membranes within tumor glands, consistent with Cadherin 17 localization in intestinal-type epithelium. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 minutes at 95 C followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes. Inset shows a negative control section processed in parallel using PBS in place of the primary antibody, demonstrating minimal background staining.

Western blot analysis of human lung tissue, A431 cells, and Raji cells using HSPH1 antibody (clone r58F12). A prominent band is observed at the expected apparent molecular weight for Heat shock protein 105 kDa across all samples analyzed. Although the predicted molecular weight of HSPH1 is approximately 97 kDa based on sequence analysis, the protein commonly migrates at a higher apparent molecular weight on SDS-PAGE, consistent with its known biochemical properties and chaperone structure.

Desmin Antibody for IHC Tissue Microarray (TMA) Multi-Tissue Expression. Immunohistochemistry analysis of Desmin (DES) expression in FFPE human tissue microarray (TMA) sections using Desmin Antibody for IHC clone MSVA-651M demonstrates strong cytoplasmic HRP-DAB brown staining in skeletal muscle, cardiac muscle, and smooth muscle compartments, including vascular and gastrointestinal muscular layers, while epithelial and lymphoid tissues remain largely negative. In cancer tissue microarrays, diffuse cytoplasmic staining is observed in tumors with myogenic differentiation, including leiomyoma, leiomyosarcoma, and rhabdomyosarcoma, with minimal staining in non-myogenic malignancies. The staining pattern supports Desmin as a muscle lineage marker for immunohistochemistry-based tumor classification. Observed expression profiles across TMA cores are consistent with reference datasets such as the Human Protein Atlas, and heat-induced epitope retrieval was performed prior to staining to ensure optimal antigen detection in FFPE sections.

In cancer tissue microarrays, staining highlights stromal and vascular-associated elastic fibers with variable distribution depending on tumor type, without significant tumor cell-specific labeling.
