CEP55 Antibody Human Colon Cancer IHC. Immunohistochemical staining of FFPE human colon cancer tissue using CEP55 antibody at 2 ug/ml following heat-induced epitope retrieval in pH8 EDTA buffer. Detection was performed using an HRP-conjugated secondary antibody with DAB chromogen. CEP55 immunoreactivity is observed predominantly within the cytoplasm of malignant epithelial cells, with widespread staining throughout the tumor tissue, consistent with the elevated expression of this cytokinesis regulator frequently reported in proliferating cancer cells. This result demonstrates that the CEP55 Antibody / Cytokinesis Protein Antibody is suitable for immunohistochemical detection of endogenous CEP55 in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human tissues.

Flow Cytometry analysis of cells using anti-CEP55 antibody. Overlay histogram showing cells stained with (Blue line). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with permeabilization buffer. The cells were blocked with 10% normal goat serum. And then incubated with rabbit anti-CEP55 antibody (1 ug/million cells) for 30 min at 20oC. DyLight 488 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (5-10 ug/million cells) was used as secondary antibody for 30 minutes at 20oC. Isotype control antibody (Green line) was rabbit IgG (1 ug/million cells) used under the same conditions. Unlabelled sample without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody (Red line) was used as a blank control.
