Description

p21 antibody clone WA-1 is a monoclonal antibody specific for p21, a cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor that regulates cell cycle progression at the G1 checkpoint. By binding to cyclin-CDK complexes, p21 halts cell cycle advancement, providing a mechanism for DNA repair and cellular stress responses.
