Lane 1: human HL-60 whole cell lysates; Lane 2: human RT4 whole cell lysates; Lane 3: human THP-1 whole cell lysates; Lane 4: human Jurkat whole cell lysates; Lane 5: rat brain tissue lysates; Lane 6: mouse brain tissue lysates. The predicted molecular weight of Prostaglandin E2 receptor EP4 is ~53 kDa. A predominant band is observed at ~65 kDa, consistent with the commonly observed glycosylated form of this transmembrane GPCR on SDS-PAGE.
