WNT7A Antibody Mouse and Rat Tissue WB. Western blot analysis of WNT7A Antibody using lane 1: rat kidney, lane 2: rat liver, lane 3: mouse kidney and lane 4: mouse liver tissue lysates. A prominent band is detected at approximately 39 kDa in all samples, consistent with the expected molecular weight of endogenous WNT7A. Closely migrating lower bands are observed in both liver lysates, which may reflect tissue-specific processing or post-translational modification of WNT7A. These results demonstrate cross-species detection of WNT7A Antibody, also called Developmental Signaling Protein Antibody, for studies of Wnt signaling, tissue morphogenesis and developmental biology.
WNT7A Antibody Human, Mouse and Rat Tissue WB. Western blot analysis of WNT7A Antibody using lane 1: human hepatocellular carcinoma paracancerous tissue (HCCP), lane 2: rat kidney, lane 3: rat liver, lane 4: mouse kidney and lane 5: mouse liver tissue lysates. A specific band is detected at approximately 39 kDa in all samples, consistent with the expected molecular weight of endogenous WNT7A. These results demonstrate cross-species detection of WNT7A Antibody, also called Developmental Signaling Protein Antibody, for studies of Wnt signaling, tissue development and cellular differentiation.

Description

WNT7A Antibody / Developmental Signaling Protein Antibody recognizes Wnt Family Member 7A (WNT7A), a secreted glycoprotein ligand belonging to the Wnt family of signaling molecules. WNT7A activates canonical and non-canonical Wnt signaling pathways to regulate embryonic development, tissue patterning and cellular differentiation. Through interactions with Frizzled receptors and associated co-receptors, WNT7A influences gene expression programs that control organogenesis, stem cell behavior and tissue homeostasis. NSJ Bioreagents offers high-quality WNT7A Antibody reagents for investigating developmental signaling and Wnt pathway biology.

WNT7A plays an essential role during embryogenesis, particularly in limb patterning, central nervous system development and epithelial tissue organization. Activation of WNT7A signaling regulates cell proliferation, migration and differentiation while contributing to the establishment of tissue polarity and morphogenesis. In adult tissues, WNT7A continues to participate in tissue maintenance and repair by influencing stem cell activity and regenerative responses. Because of these diverse biological functions, WNT7A Antibody is widely used to study developmental biology, cell fate determination and intercellular signaling.

Altered WNT7A expression has been associated with numerous pathological conditions, including developmental abnormalities, fibrosis and cancer. Depending on tissue context, WNT7A may function as either a tumor suppressor or a promoter of tumor progression through effects on cellular differentiation, epithelial identity and signaling networks. WNT7A has also been implicated in lung development, neural function and regenerative medicine, making it an important target across multiple research disciplines. Continued investigation is expanding understanding of how WNT7A coordinates developmental signaling with tissue-specific cellular responses.

An WNT7A Antibody is a valuable reagent for investigating Wnt signaling, embryonic development and tissue morphogenesis. A Developmental Signaling Protein Antibody supports research involving stem cell biology, developmental pathways, regenerative medicine, cancer biology and the molecular regulation of cellular differentiation.
