HSPC150 Antibody HeLa Cell IF. Immunofluorescent staining of fixed and permeabilized human HeLa cells with HSPC150 antibody at 10 ug/ml demonstrates UBE2T expression in green. DAPI nuclear staining is shown in blue and phalloidin staining of the actin cytoskeleton in red. The merged image demonstrates cellular UBE2T staining, while the negative control shows phalloidin staining without specific green fluorescence. This HSPC150 Antibody, also called UBE2T Antibody, supports studies of ubiquitin conjugation, DNA damage responses, and cellular UBE2T localization.
HSPC150 Antibody U-2 OS Cell IF. Immunofluorescent staining of fixed and permeabilized human U-2 OS cells with HSPC150 antibody at 10 ug/ml demonstrates UBE2T expression in green. DAPI nuclear staining is shown in blue and phalloidin staining of the actin cytoskeleton in red. The merged image demonstrates both nuclear and cytoplasmic UBE2T staining, while the negative control lacks specific green fluorescence. This HSPC150 Antibody, also called UBE2T Antibody, supports studies of ubiquitin conjugation, DNA damage responses, and cellular UBE2T localization.
HSPC150 Antibody HeLa Cell FACS. Flow cytometry analysis of fixed and permeabilized human HeLa cells with HSPC150 antibody at 10 ug/ml demonstrates a clear fluorescence shift in the antibody-stained population (blue) relative to the naive goat Ig control (black). This HSPC150 Antibody, also called UBE2T Antibody, supports intracellular flow cytometry studies of ubiquitin conjugation, DNA damage responses, and UBE2T expression.

Description

HSPC150 Antibody recognizes UBE2T, also known as HSPC150, an E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme that participates in the transfer of ubiquitin to target proteins. UBE2T functions as an intermediary between ubiquitin-activating E1 enzymes and specific E3 ubiquitin ligases, helping regulate protein activity, localization, stability, and interactions. HSPC150 is particularly important in pathways that maintain genomic integrity and coordinate cellular responses to DNA damage. A UBE2T Antibody can therefore be used to investigate ubiquitin-dependent protein regulation and mechanisms involved in DNA repair.

UBE2T is a central component of the Fanconi anemia DNA repair pathway, which protects cells against DNA interstrand crosslinks and replication-associated damage. In this pathway, UBE2T cooperates with the Fanconi anemia core complex to promote monoubiquitination of FANCD2 and FANCI. This modification facilitates recruitment and activity of downstream DNA repair factors at sites of genomic damage. Disruption of UBE2T activity can impair this process and compromise genome stability, linking HSPC150 function to DNA damage signaling, chromosome maintenance, and Fanconi anemia biology.

Altered UBE2T expression has also attracted considerable attention in cancer research. Elevated expression has been reported in multiple tumor types and has been associated with increased cell proliferation, survival, invasion, and tumor progression. Depending on cellular context, UBE2T can influence the abundance or activity of proteins involved in cell cycle regulation, DNA repair, and oncogenic signaling. An HSPC150 Antibody is consequently useful for examining UBE2T expression in experimental models of tumor biology and for investigating the relationship between ubiquitination, genomic instability, and malignant cell behavior.

An HSPC150 Antibody provides a research tool for studying UBE2T expression, E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme activity, Fanconi anemia pathway signaling, DNA damage responses, protein regulation, and cancer biology.

For additional information on UBE2T and its role in ubiquitination and DNA damage repair, see our UBE2T Antibody / Ubiquitin-conjugating Enzyme E2 T page.
