TSLP Antibody Mouse and Rat Tissue WB. Western blot analysis of TSLP Antibody using lane 1: mouse liver, lane 2: mouse kidney, lane 3: mouse testis, lane 4: rat heart, lane 5: rat liver, lane 6: rat kidney and lane 7: rat testis lysates. A specific band is detected at approximately 18 kDa, consistent with the predicted molecular weight of endogenous TSLP. Additional higher-molecular-weight bands are present in several samples and may represent tissue-specific protein complexes, post-translationally modified forms or nonspecific reactivity. These results demonstrate cross-species detection of TSLP Antibody, also called Epithelial Derived Cytokine Antibody, for studies of epithelial cytokine signaling, barrier immunity and inflammatory responses.

Description

TSLP Antibody / Epithelial Derived Cytokine Antibody recognizes thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP), a secreted cytokine that plays a central role in epithelial barrier immunity and the initiation of type 2 immune responses. Produced primarily by epithelial cells in the skin, airways and gastrointestinal tract, TSLP is released in response to environmental injury, allergens, pathogens and inflammatory stimuli. By activating dendritic cells and influencing multiple innate and adaptive immune cell populations, TSLP serves as an important link between epithelial tissues and immune regulation. NSJ Bioreagents offers high-quality TSLP Antibody reagents for investigating cytokine signaling and inflammatory disease mechanisms.

TSLP promotes communication between epithelial cells and immune cells by stimulating dendritic cells, T cells, mast cells, eosinophils, basophils and innate lymphoid cells. Through these interactions, TSLP contributes to allergic sensitization, mucosal immunity and tissue repair while helping coordinate protective immune responses at barrier surfaces. Dysregulated TSLP expression has been associated with chronic inflammatory disorders, particularly asthma, atopic dermatitis, allergic rhinitis and eosinophilic gastrointestinal diseases. Consequently, TSLP Antibody is widely used to investigate epithelial cytokine biology and immune regulation.

Beyond allergic disease, TSLP has emerged as an important mediator in cancer biology, fibrosis, autoimmune disorders and host defense against infection. Depending on tissue context, TSLP signaling may promote protective immunity or contribute to chronic inflammation and disease progression. Increasing interest in therapeutic strategies targeting the TSLP pathway has further expanded research into its regulation, receptor signaling and downstream immune effects. As a result, TSLP continues to be an important biomarker for studies of epithelial biology, cytokine networks and inflammatory signaling.

An TSLP Antibody is a valuable reagent for investigating epithelial cytokine signaling, barrier immunity and type 2 immune responses. An Epithelial Derived Cytokine Antibody supports research involving allergic inflammation, asthma, atopic dermatitis, mucosal immunology, epithelial biology and immune cell communication.
