The product of this gene belongs to the profilin family of proteins. This protein binds to actin and affects the structure of the cytoskeleton. It also may be involved in spermatogenesis. It is a single exon gene.
Optimal dilution of the Profilin 3 antibody should be determined by the researcher.
E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids K5-R130) was used as the immunogen for the Profilin 3 antibody.
After reconstitution, the Profilin 3 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
