PRODH is a mitochondrial proline dehydrogenase that catalyzes the first step in proline degradation. It converts proline to delta-1-pyrroline-5-carboxylate.
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the PRODH antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
A portion of amino acids 130-155 from the human protein were used as the immunogen for the PRODH antibody.
