PTEN (pT382) Antibody / Phospho-PTEN Thr382 Antibody recognizes PTEN when phosphorylated at threonine 382. PTEN, or phosphatase and tensin homolog, is a major tumor suppressor that negatively regulates phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K)/AKT signaling. PTEN dephosphorylates phosphatidylinositol (3,4,5)-trisphosphate (PIP3), opposing PI3K activity and limiting downstream signaling involved in cellular proliferation, survival, growth and metabolism.
