NUDCD3 Antibody Human Placenta IHC. Immunohistochemical staining of FFPE human placental tissue with NUDCD3 Antibody. Heat-induced epitope retrieval was performed by boiling tissue sections in pH8 EDTA buffer for 20 minutes and allowing them to cool before staining. Brown immunoreactivity demonstrates NUDCD3 expression within the placental tissue, with staining evident in trophoblastic regions. This NUDCD3 Antibody, also called NudC Domain Containing 3 Antibody, supports studies of NUDCD3 expression, molecular chaperone activity, protein homeostasis, and cellular regulation.
NUDCD3 Antibody Human Colorectal Adenocarcinoma IHC. Immunohistochemical staining of FFPE human colorectal adenocarcinoma tissue with NUDCD3 Antibody. Heat-induced epitope retrieval was performed by boiling tissue sections in pH8 EDTA buffer for 20 minutes and allowing them to cool before staining. Brown immunoreactivity demonstrates NUDCD3 expression within the colorectal tumor tissue. This NUDCD3 Antibody, also called NudC Domain Containing 3 Antibody, supports studies of NUDCD3 expression, molecular chaperone activity, protein homeostasis, and cancer cell biology.
NUDCD3 Antibody Human U-2 OS Cell IF. Immunofluorescent staining of FFPE human U-2 OS cells with NUDCD3 Antibody (red) and DAPI nuclear stain (blue). Heat-induced epitope retrieval was performed by steaming in pH6 citrate buffer for 20 minutes. Red fluorescence demonstrates NUDCD3 expression predominantly within the cytoplasmic compartment, while nuclei are counterstained blue with DAPI. This NUDCD3 Antibody, also called NudC Domain Containing 3 Antibody, supports studies of NUDCD3 expression, molecular chaperone activity, protein homeostasis, and cytoskeletal regulation.
NUDCD3 Antibody Human Neural and Kidney Cell WB. Western blot testing of human 293T (lane 1) and SH-SY5Y (lane 2) cell lysates with NUDCD3 Antibody. A specific band is detected at approximately 41–45 kDa, consistent with the predicted molecular weight of approximately 41 kDa for NUDCD3. Detection in both human cell lysates demonstrates recognition of endogenous NUDCD3 protein. This NUDCD3 Antibody, also called NudC Domain Containing 3 Antibody, supports studies of molecular chaperone activity, protein homeostasis, cytoskeletal regulation, and cell biology.
NUDCD3 Antibody Human RT4 Cell FACS. Flow cytometry analysis of fixed and permeabilized human RT4 cells with NUDCD3 Antibody at 1 ug/million cells following blocking with goat serum. The histogram shows cells alone (red), isotype control (green), and antibody-stained cells (blue). A clear rightward shift of the antibody-stained population relative to the isotype control demonstrates detection of intracellular NUDCD3 in RT4 cells. This NUDCD3 Antibody, also called NudC Domain Containing 3 Antibody, supports studies of NUDCD3 expression, molecular chaperone activity, protein homeostasis, and cytoskeletal regulation.
NUDCD3 Antibody Human, Rat and Mouse WB. Western blot analysis of human MDA-MB-231 (lane 1), SH-SY5Y (lane 2), and HeLa (lane 3) cell lysates, rat brain (lane 4) and heart (lane 5) tissue lysates, and mouse brain (lane 6) and heart (lane 7) tissue lysates with NUDCD3 Antibody at 0.5 ug/ml. A specific band is detected at approximately 45 kDa, consistent with the expected molecular weight of NUDCD3. Beta-Tubulin is shown as a loading control. This NUDCD3 Antibody, also called NudC Domain Containing 3 Antibody, supports studies of molecular chaperone activity, protein homeostasis, cytoskeletal regulation, and cell biology.

Description

NUDCD3 Antibody / NudC Domain Containing 3 Antibody recognizes NUDCD3, a cytoplasmic protein also known as NUDCL or NudC-like protein. NUDCD3 belongs to the NudC family of proteins and contains a conserved NudC domain associated with molecular chaperone functions. The protein interacts functionally with the HSP90 chaperone system and contributes to the stability, folding, and regulation of selected cellular proteins. Through these activities, NUDCD3 participates in protein homeostasis as well as processes involving cytoskeletal organization, cell division, and cellular structure.

NUDCD3 has been studied as a cochaperone associated with HSP90, an ATP-dependent molecular chaperone responsible for the maturation and stabilization of numerous client proteins. NUDCD3 can influence HSP90-dependent protein folding and the stability of specific client proteins, linking it to cellular pathways that require tightly regulated protein maturation. A NUDCD3 Antibody can therefore support research into molecular chaperone biology, proteostasis, protein folding, and mechanisms controlling the abundance and function of HSP90-associated proteins.

NUDCD3 is also connected to cytoskeletal regulation. Studies of NudC family proteins have linked these proteins to microtubule-associated processes, cell division, and maintenance of cellular architecture. NUDCD3 has been investigated in relation to the stability and function of proteins involved in cytoskeletal organization, including components that influence microtubule dynamics. These activities provide a connection between chaperone-mediated protein regulation and cellular processes such as mitosis, intracellular organization, and cell morphology. A NudC Domain Containing 3 Antibody may consequently be useful for investigating the relationship between molecular chaperones, cytoskeletal proteins, and cell-cycle-associated processes.

Because NUDCD3 functions at the intersection of protein homeostasis and cytoskeletal regulation, its study can provide insight into how cells maintain functional protein complexes required for structural organization and division. NUDCD3/NUDCL research is relevant to molecular chaperone activity, HSP90 biology, protein stability, microtubule regulation, mitosis, and broader mechanisms of cellular proteostasis. NSJ Bioreagents offers antibodies for investigating proteins involved in these cellular regulatory pathways. A NUDCD3 Antibody is useful for studying NudC Domain Containing 3 expression and its roles in HSP90-associated chaperone activity, protein folding, cytoskeletal organization, and cell biology.
