Ladinin-1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the LAD1 gene. The protein encoded by this gene may be an anchoring filament that is a component of basement membranes. It may contribute to the stability of the association of the epithelial layers with the underlying mesenchyme.
Optimal dilution of the Ladinin 1 antibody should be determined by the researcher.
An E.coli-derived human recombinant protein (amino acids E60-Q483) was used as the immunogen for the Ladinin 1 antibody.
After reconstitution, the Ladinin 1 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
