Description

Far upstream element-binding protein 2 (FUBP2) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the KHSRP gene. The KHSRP gene encodes a multifunctional RNA-binding protein implicated in a variety of cellular processes, including transcription, alternative pre-mRNA splicing, and mRNA localization.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the KHSRP antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

Recombinant human protein (amino acids D116-R478) was used as the immunogen for the KHSRP antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the KHSRP antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
