Interleukin 2 Antibody Detects Recombinant Human IL-2 WB. Western blot analysis of recombinant human IL-2 using Interleukin 2 Antibody demonstrates dose-dependent detection across 25 ng, 10 ng and 5 ng protein loads. A discrete band is visible at approximately 15 kDa in each lane, within the predicted 14-18 kDa molecular weight range for IL-2, with signal intensity decreasing as the amount of recombinant protein is reduced. The clean, concentration-dependent banding demonstrates direct recognition of human IL-2 by this IL2 Cytokine Antibody under Western blot conditions.
