IL2R Alpha Antibody in Mouse RAW264.7 Macrophage Cells IF. Immunofluorescence staining of FFPE mouse RAW264.7 macrophage cells using IL2R Alpha Antibody demonstrates distinct green staining associated predominantly with the cell periphery and cytoplasm, while nuclei are counterstained blue with DAPI. HIER was performed by steaming samples in pH 6 citrate buffer for 20 min. The localized cellular fluorescence demonstrates detection of IL2RA by this CD25 Antibody in mouse macrophage cells.

IL2R Alpha Antibody in Mouse Thymus IHC. Immunohistochemistry of FFPE mouse thymus tissue using IL2R Alpha Antibody demonstrates strong staining in a scattered subset of cells against a largely negative lymphoid background. HIER was performed by boiling tissue sections in pH 8 EDTA for 20 min followed by cooling before testing. The discrete distribution of positive cells demonstrates detection of IL2RA by this CD25 Antibody in mouse thymus.

IL2R Alpha Antibody in Rat Thymus IHC. Immunohistochemistry of FFPE rat thymus tissue using IL2R Alpha Antibody demonstrates prominent staining concentrated in a network-like population of cells within the lymphoid tissue, with comparatively little signal in surrounding cells. HIER was performed by boiling tissue sections in pH 8 EDTA for 20 min followed by cooling before testing. The distinct staining pattern demonstrates detection of IL2RA by this CD25 Antibody in rat thymus.
