IGFBP2 Antibody Human Pancreatic Cancer IHC. IHC staining of FFPE human pancreatic cancer tissue was performed with IGFBP2 Antibody at 2 ug/ml overnight at 4°C. Heat-induced epitope retrieval was performed in pH 8.0 EDTA buffer, followed by HRP-conjugated secondary antibody and DAB detection. Positive IGFBP2 staining is observed in tumor cells, with prominent staining within the malignant glandular structures. This IGFBP2 Antibody demonstrates localization of insulin-like growth factor binding protein 2 in human pancreatic cancer tissue.
IGFBP2 Antibody Human Breast Cancer Cell WB. Western blot analysis was performed using IGFBP2 Antibody on human SH-SY5Y, T47D and MDA-MB-453 whole cell lysates (lanes 1-3, respectively). Samples (30 ug) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and transferred to a nitrocellulose membrane. The membrane was incubated with the antibody at 0.5 ug/ml overnight at 4°C, followed by HRP-conjugated secondary antibody and ECL detection. A specific band was detected at approximately 35 kDa, consistent with the expected molecular weight of IGFBP2. This IGFBP2 Antibody demonstrates detection of IGFBP2 in human neuronal and breast cancer cell lysates.

IGFBP2 Antibody / Insulin-Like Growth Factor Binding Protein 2 Antibody is used to detect IGFBP2, a secreted member of the insulin-like growth factor binding protein family that regulates the availability and activity of insulin-like growth factors. IGFBP2 is encoded by the IGFBP2 gene and is one of six major high-affinity IGF-binding proteins.
