Description

Growth arrest-specific 1 plays a role in growth suppression. GAS1 blocks entry to S phase and prevents cycling of normal and transformed cells. Gas1 is a putative tumor suppressor gene.

Application Notes

The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the Growth arrest-specific protein 1 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.

Immunogen

A portion of amino acids 95-127 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for the Growth arrest-specific protein 1 antibody.

Storage
