For a reference GM-CSF antibody with validated specificity and consistent detection, see clone CSF2/3403.
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting amounts. Titration of the GM-CSF antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
Mouse partial recombinant protein (AA 18-141) was used as the immunogen for this GMCSF antibody.
After reconstitution, the GMCSF antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
