FZD4 Antibody HepG2 Cell IF. Immunofluorescence analysis of FZD4 Antibody / Wnt Signaling Receptor Antibody in HepG2 cells following enzyme antigen retrieval. Cells were incubated with FZD4 antibody at 5 ug/ml and detected with a Cy3-conjugated secondary antibody (red), while nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue). FZD4 Antibody / Wnt Signaling Receptor Antibody recognizes Frizzled Class Receptor 4 (FZD4), a seven-pass transmembrane receptor that belongs to the Frizzled family of Wnt receptors.
