Description

4-galactosyl-N-acetylglucosaminide 3-alpha-L-fucosyltransferase FUT6 is a Golgi stack membrane protein that is involved in the creation of sialyl-Lewis X, an E-selectin ligand.

Application Notes

The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the FUT6 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.

Immunogen

A portion of amino acids 102-130 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for the FUT6 antibody.

Storage

Aliquot the FUT6 antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
