Ferritin Light Chain Antibody HepG2 and Mouse Liver WB. Western blot analysis of 1) human HepG2 and 2) mouse liver lysates using Ferritin Light Chain Antibody detects strong bands at approximately 20 kDa in both samples, consistent with ferritin light chain / FTL. The observed cross-species banding profile supports detection of this intracellular ferritin subunit involved in ferritin complex assembly, iron sequestration, and oxidative stress-responsive cellular regulation pathways in metabolically active hepatic tissues.
