EWS Antibody / Ewing Sarcoma Protein Antibody recognizes EWS, also known as Ewing Sarcoma Protein or EWSR1, a multifunctional RNA-binding protein that belongs to the FET family alongside FUS and TAF15. EWS is widely expressed in mammalian tissues and serves as an important regulator of transcription, RNA processing, messenger RNA transport, and genome stability. The protein contains an amino-terminal transcriptional activation domain and a carboxyl-terminal RNA-binding domain, enabling interactions with both transcriptional machinery and RNA molecules.
