ETS1 Antibody (R32685)

ETS1 Antibody Jurkat Cell IP. Immunoprecipitation of ETS1 from Jurkat whole cell lysate using ETS1 Antibody. Input lysate is shown in lane 1. Lane 2 contains a rabbit IgG immunoprecipitation control, while lane 3 shows immunoprecipitation performed with 2 ug of ETS1 Antibody from 500 ug of Jurkat lysate. Western blot detection was performed using the same ETS1 Antibody at 0.5 ug/ml with a light chain-specific HRP-conjugated secondary antibody. A specific band is detected at approximately 50 kDa, consistent with the predicted molecular weight of ETS1. This ETS1 Antibody is suitable for immunoprecipitation and studies of ETS family transcription factors and transcriptional regulation.
