HER2 Antibody HER2-Positive Breast Cancer IHC. Immunohistochemistry analysis of FFPE human HER2-positive breast carcinoma tissue using HER2 / ERBB2 antibody demonstrates strong, diffuse HRP-DAB brown membranous staining in tumor epithelial cells, consistent with ErbB2 / HER2 overexpression as a receptor tyrosine kinase, while surrounding stromal tissue shows minimal signal; nuclei are counterstained blue. HIER: steamed sections in pH 6 citrate buffer followed by HRP-based detection.

HER2 Antibody Triple Negative Breast Cancer IHC. Immunohistochemistry analysis of FFPE human triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) tissue using HER2 / ERBB2 Antibody shows no detectable HRP-DAB staining in tumor epithelial cells, consistent with lack of ErbB2 / HER2 expression in TNBC, while surrounding stromal elements remain negative; nuclei are counterstained blue. HIER: steamed sections in pH 6 citrate buffer followed by HRP-based detection.
