DUSP15 belongs to the non-receptor class of the protein-tyrosine phosphatase family. This protein has both protein-tyrosine phophatase activity and serine/threonine-specific phosphatase activity, and therefore is known as a dual specificity phosphatase.
Titration of the DUSP15 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
A portion of amino acids 17-44 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for this DUSP15 antibody.
Aliquot the DUSP15 antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
