DLX5 Antibody Mouse Heart WB. Western blot analysis of mouse heart tissue lysate using DLX5 Antibody. Proteins were separated by SDS-PAGE, transferred to a membrane, and probed with DLX5 Antibody. A single immunoreactive band is detected at approximately 32 kDa, consistent with the predicted molecular weight of DLX5. The clean band with minimal background demonstrates specific detection of endogenous DLX5 in mouse heart tissue. These results demonstrate that DLX5 Antibody, a Homeobox Transcription Factor Antibody, is suitable for Western blot analysis of endogenous DLX5.
DLX5 Antibody Human HL60 Cell WB. Western blot analysis of human HL60 cell lysate using DLX5 Antibody. A distinct immunoreactive band is detected at approximately 38-40 kDa, migrating above the predicted molecular weight of approximately 32 kDa. This difference may reflect post-translational modification, isoform-dependent migration, or other factors affecting electrophoretic mobility. These results demonstrate that DLX5 Antibody, a Homeobox Transcription Factor Antibody, detects endogenous DLX5 in human HL60 cells.

Two immunoreactive bands are detected in the transfected sample at approximately 38-40 kDa and 43-45 kDa, while little to no corresponding signal is observed in the non-transfected control. Both bands migrate above the predicted molecular weight of approximately 32 kDa and may represent differently modified or processed forms of DLX5. DLX5 Antibody Human Stomach IHC. Immunohistochemical analysis of FFPE human stomach tissue using DLX5 Antibody. Heat-induced epitope retrieval was performed in pH 6.0 citrate buffer prior to incubation with the primary antibody. An HRP-conjugated secondary antibody with DAB chromogen was used for visualization. Moderate to strong nuclear staining with accompanying cytoplasmic signal is observed in the gastric epithelial cells, consistent with the expected localization of DLX5 as a homeobox transcription factor. These results demonstrate that DLX5 Antibody, a Homeobox Transcription Factor Antibody, specifically detects endogenous DLX5 in FFPE human stomach tissue.
