This page presents a comprehensive collection of antibodies evaluated using human tissue microarrays (TMA), enabling comparison of protein expression across a wide range of normal and cancer tissues. Tissue microarray analysis provides a standardized approach for assessing staining patterns, tissue distribution, and tumor-associated expression across diverse biological samples.
HER2, CD markers, cytokeratins, transcription factors, and other protein classes are represented within this dataset, allowing researchers to explore expression patterns across multiple tissue types and disease contexts.
Tissue microarrays enable side-by-side analysis of dozens of tissue types under identical experimental conditions. This allows direct comparison of staining intensity and distribution across normal and malignant tissues, helping to identify markers with restricted expression or strong tumor association.
This approach supports:
These features make TMA-based validation particularly valuable for biomarker research, pathology studies, and antibody selection.
Antibodies in this collection are organized across multiple pages below. Each page contains a subset of tissue microarray validated antibodies, allowing the full dataset to be explored in a structured way.
Researchers can use this resource to:
The complete set of tissue microarray validated antibodies is presented in the paginated product listings below. Each page includes additional validated targets, covering a wide range of biological markers and disease-relevant proteins.
This collection includes over 100 antibodies validated using human tissue microarrays (TMA), spanning epithelial, immune, and tumor-associated markers.
The antibodies included in this atlas represent multiple biological and research categories:
These categories provide a framework for exploring tissue-specific expression patterns and selecting markers relevant to specific research applications.

CD56 Antibody for IHC Tissue Microarray (TMA). Immunohistochemistry analysis of CD56 (NCAM1) expression in FFPE human tissue microarrays using clone MSVA-056R. Tissue Microarray (TMA) staining demonstrates membranous and cytoplasmic HRP-DAB brown signal in CD56-positive cell populations, including neural elements, neuroendocrine cells, and subsets of immune cells, while most epithelial tissues show minimal to absent staining. The distribution highlights expected lineage-specific expression and clear contrast across normal and cancer tissues. Observed staining patterns are consistent with publicly available data from the Human Protein Atlas.
