Description

This gene encodes a member of the ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family. The encoded protein is able to form a thiol ester linkage with ubiquitin in a ubiquitin activating enzyme-dependent manner, a characteristic property of ubiquitin carrier proteins.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the UBE2S antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids E6-H155) was used as the immunogen for the UBE2S antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the UBE2S antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
