Description

Ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2 O is a protein that in humans is encoded by the UBE2O gene. Enables ubiquitin conjugating enzyme activity and ubiquitin protein ligase activity. Involved in positive regulation of BMP signaling pathway; protein ubiquitination; and retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi. Located in cytoplasm and nuclear body.

Optimal dilution of the UBE2O antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids R150-A1283) was used as the immunogen for the UBE2O antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the UBE2O antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
