Description

Enables frizzled binding activity and ubiquitin-protein transferase activity. Involved in cellular protein metabolic process and negative regulation of Wnt signaling pathway. Is integral component of plasma membrane.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the ZNRF3 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids R54-E913) was used as the immunogen for the ZNRF3 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the ZNRF3 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
