ZNF846 Antibody detects Zinc Finger 846 protein. Zinc finger proteins contain DNA-binding domains and have a wide variety of functions, most of which encompass some form of transcriptional activation or repression. The majority of zinc finger proteins contain a Kruppel-type DNA binding domain and a KRAB domain, which is thought to interact with KAP1, thereby recruiting histone modifying proteins. ZNF846 may be involved in transcriptional regulation.
This antibody can be compared with our ZNF846 Antibody / Zinc Finger Transcription Regulator Antibody (clone PCRP-ZNF846-1E12) for consistent detection of ZNF846 in nuclear and transcriptional regulation studies.
Optimal dilution of the ZNF846 antibody should be determined by the researcher.
Recombinant full-length human ZNF846 protein was used as the immunogen for the ZNF846 antibody.
Store the ZNF846 antibody at 2-8oC (with azide) or aliquot and store at -20oC or colder (without azide).
