Zebrafish NOTCH1 Antibody WB. Western blot analysis of NOTCH1A using anti-NOTCH1A antibody demonstrates a distinct immunoreactive band at approximately 262 kDa in zebrafish head tissue lysate, consistent with the expected molecular weight of NOTCH1, the zebrafish ortholog of human NOTCH1. NOTCH1 is a transmembrane receptor that serves as a central component of the Notch signaling pathway, regulating cell fate determination, tissue differentiation, and developmental patterning through cell-to-cell communication. The observed expression in zebrafish head tissue is consistent with the established role of Notch signaling in neurodevelopment, tissue organization, and vertebrate embryogenesis. Western blot was performed using 0.5 ug/ml primary antibody. Predicted molecular weight: ~262 kDa.

Description

Zebrafish NOTCH1 Antibody / NOTCH1A Antibody is designed for the detection and study of NOTCH1A, the zebrafish ortholog of human NOTCH1, a transmembrane receptor that serves as a central regulator of the Notch signaling pathway. Zebrafish NOTCH1 Antibody enables investigation of highly conserved developmental signaling networks that govern cell fate determination, tissue patterning, differentiation, and organ formation. Through these activities, NOTCH1 contributes to embryonic development and maintenance of normal tissue architecture throughout the vertebrate life cycle.

NOTCH1 belongs to the Notch family of cell-surface receptors that mediate direct cell-to-cell communication. Activation of the receptor by neighboring ligand-expressing cells initiates a signaling cascade that ultimately influences transcriptional programs controlling cellular differentiation and developmental decisions. Because Notch signaling regulates fundamental processes of tissue organization, NOTCH1 has become one of the most extensively studied developmental signaling proteins in vertebrate biology.

Zebrafish NOTCH1 Antibody supports research into embryogenesis, neurodevelopment, cardiovascular development, and stem cell biology using a highly tractable vertebrate model system. Notch pathway components are strongly conserved between zebrafish and mammals, allowing investigators to examine developmental mechanisms relevant across species. Studies utilizing Zebrafish NOTCH1 Antibody can help characterize expression patterns associated with tissue specification, organogenesis, and developmental signaling events.

Beyond developmental biology, NOTCH1 has attracted significant research interest in regenerative medicine, cancer biology, vascular biology, and cell signaling. Notch-dependent pathways influence how cells respond to local environmental cues and coordinate differentiation within complex tissues. Because of its central role in regulating cellular identity and developmental fate, NOTCH1 remains an important target for investigations examining signaling networks that control tissue formation and maintenance.

Zebrafish NOTCH1 Antibody is useful for investigating Notch signaling, developmental biology, cell fate determination, tissue differentiation, organogenesis, and vertebrate physiology. Researchers utilize Zebrafish NOTCH1 Antibody to better understand molecular mechanisms governing developmental signaling pathways, cellular communication, tissue organization, and differentiation-dependent regulatory networks.
