Zebrafish IGF3 Antibody Testis IHC. Immunohistochemistry staining of paraffin-embedded zebrafish testis tissue using IGF3 antibody demonstrates widespread cytoplasmic staining throughout seminiferous tissue compartments, consistent with expression of Insulin-like Growth Factor 3 (IGF3). IGF3 is a secreted growth factor that belongs to the insulin-like growth factor family and plays important roles in reproductive biology, gonadal development, cellular differentiation, and endocrine signaling. The observed staining pattern within testicular tissue is consistent with the established role of IGF3 in regulating reproductive maturation and growth factor-mediated communication within the vertebrate reproductive system. Heat-mediated antigen retrieval was performed in EDTA buffer. Tissue sections were stained with 2 ug/ml primary antibody and visualized using DAB chromogen.

Description

Zebrafish IGF3 Antibody / Insulin-like Growth Factor 3 Antibody is designed for the detection and study of IGF3, a member of the insulin-like growth factor family that functions as a signaling molecule involved in growth, development, and reproductive biology. Zebrafish IGF3 Antibody enables investigation of a unique teleost growth factor that participates in endocrine and paracrine signaling networks regulating cellular proliferation, differentiation, survival, and communication between tissues. Through these activities, IGF3 contributes to developmental and physiologic processes required for normal vertebrate growth and maturation.

Zebrafish IGF3 Antibody is useful for examining expression of Insulin-like Growth Factor 3, a secreted growth factor that activates signaling pathways involved in tissue development, cellular growth, and reproductive function. Members of the IGF family are recognized as important mediators of endocrine, paracrine, and autocrine signaling, influencing a broad range of biologic functions including development, metabolism, and reproductive physiology. IGF3 participates in these regulatory networks by helping coordinate cellular responses to growth-promoting signals and environmental cues.

Zebrafish provide a valuable vertebrate model for investigating growth factor biology, endocrine regulation, and reproductive development. Unlike mammals, many teleost fish express IGF3 as a distinct member of the insulin-like growth factor family, making zebrafish an important system for studying the evolution and specialization of IGF signaling pathways. Research has linked IGF3 to developmental processes involving gonadal function, reproductive maturation, tissue growth, and cellular differentiation. Zebrafish IGF3 Antibody supports these studies by enabling characterization of IGF3 expression across developmental stages and tissue types.

Beyond reproductive biology, IGF signaling pathways influence tissue maintenance, regenerative responses, developmental patterning, and communication between organ systems. Because growth factors serve as central regulators of cellular behavior, IGF3 remains an important target for investigations examining how extracellular signaling molecules coordinate development and physiologic homeostasis. Studies utilizing Zebrafish IGF3 Antibody continue to expand understanding of growth factor-dependent regulation and endocrine signaling mechanisms across vertebrate species.

Zebrafish IGF3 Antibody is useful for investigating growth factor signaling, reproductive biology, endocrine regulation, developmental pathways, and vertebrate physiology. Researchers utilize Zebrafish IGF3 Antibody to better understand molecular mechanisms governing tissue growth, cellular differentiation, reproductive maturation, and growth factor-mediated communication networks.

This Zebrafish antibody is part of a broader Zebrafish / Danio rerio antibody panel offered by NSJ Bioreagents.
