Zebrafish DAPK2A Antibody Kidney IHC. Immunohistochemistry staining of paraffin-embedded zebrafish kidney tissue using DAPK2A antibody demonstrates prominent cytoplasmic staining within renal epithelial and tubular-associated cell populations, consistent with expression of Death Associated Protein Kinase 2a (DAPK2A). DAPK2A is a calcium/calmodulin-regulated serine/threonine kinase that participates in signaling pathways involved in cellular regulation, stress responses, and programmed cell fate decisions. The observed staining pattern is consistent with the role of DAPK family proteins in coordinating intracellular signaling networks that contribute to tissue homeostasis and cellular adaptation. Heat-mediated antigen retrieval was performed in EDTA buffer. Tissue sections were stained with 2 ug/ml primary antibody and visualized using DAB chromogen.

Zebrafish DAPK2A Antibody WB. Western blot analysis of DAPK2A using anti-DAPK2A antibody demonstrates a distinct immunoreactive band at approximately 56 kDa in zebrafish embryo lysate, consistent with the expected molecular weight of Death Associated Protein Kinase 2a (DAPK2A). DAPK2A is a calcium/calmodulin-regulated serine/threonine kinase that participates in intracellular signaling pathways involved in cellular regulation, stress responses, and programmed cell fate decisions.
