Zebrafish Collagen I Antibody WB. Western blot analysis of COL1A1A expression was performed using anti-COL1A1A / Collagen I antibody. Electrophoresis was carried out on an 8% SDS-PAGE gel under reducing conditions. Lane 1: zebrafish head tissue lysate. Lane 2: whole female zebrafish tissue lysate. Lane 3: whole male zebrafish tissue lysate. Lane 4: zebrafish embryo tissue lysate. COL1A1A, also known as Collagen Type I Alpha 1a, is the major fibrillar collagen of the extracellular matrix and provides structural integrity to bone, skin, and connective tissues. A specific immunoreactive band is detected at approximately 137 kDa in all four samples, corresponding to the expected molecular weight of COL1A1A. Similar expression in head, whole-body, and embryo lysates is consistent with the widespread distribution of type I collagen and its essential role in skeletal development and extracellular matrix organization. These results support the utility of Zebrafish Collagen I Antibody for studies of connective tissue biology, osteogenesis, and vertebrate development.
