Wingless-type MMIV integration site family member 3A is a protein that in humans is encoded by the WNT3A gene. This gene is a member of the WNT family. The gene was assigned to human chromosome 1q42.13. These proteins have been implicated in oncogenesis and in several developmental processes, including regulation of cell fate and patterning during embryogenesis. It encodes a protein showing 96% amino acid identity to mouse Wnt3A protein, and 84% to human Wnt3 protein.
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting amounts. Titration of the WNT3A antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
An amino acid sequence from the C-terminus of human Wingless-type MMIV integration site family member 3A (WVETLRPRYTYFKVPT) was used as the immunogen for this WNT3A antibody (100% mouse homology).
After reconstitution, the WNT3A antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
