Ubiquitin specific peptidase 25 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the USP25 gene. It is mapped to 21q21.1. Ubiquitin is a highly conserved 76-amino acid protein involved in regulation of intracellular protein breakdown, cell cycle regulation, and stress response. Ubiquitin is released from degraded proteins by disassembly of the polyubiquitin chains, which is mediated by ubiquitin-specific proteases (USPs), such as USP25.
Optimal dilution of the USP25 antibody should be determined by the researcher.
Recombinant human protein (amino acids M1-D1053) was used as the immunogen for the USP25 antibody.
After reconstitution, the USP25 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
