Tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) is involved in the conversion of phenylalanine to dopamine. As the rate-limiting enzyme in the synthesis of catecholamines, TH has a key role in the physiology of adrenergic neurons. Human TH gene contains 13 primary exons and spans approximately 8 kb.
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the Tyrosine Hydroxylase antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
Rat tyrosine hydroxylase was used as the immunogen for this Tyrosine Hydroxylase antibody.
After reconstitution, the Tyrosine Hydroxylase antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
