Tubulin tyrosine ligase-like family, member 3 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TTLL3 gene. Enables protein-glycine ligase activity. Predicted to be involved in axoneme assembly and flagellated sperm motility. Predicted to be located in axoneme; microtubule cytoskeleton; and sperm flagellum.
Optimal dilution of the TTLL3 antibody should be determined by the researcher.
E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids E144-R762) was used as the immunogen for the TTLL3 antibody.
After reconstitution, the TTLL3 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
