Description

This gene encodes a member of the testis-specific serine/threonine kinase family. The encoded protein is thought to be involved in spermatogenesis via stimulation of the CREB/CRE responsive pathway through phosphorylation of the cAMP responsive element binding protein transcription factor. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the TSSK4 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

An E.coli-derived human recombinant protein (D5-K319) was used as the immunogen for the TSSK4 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the TSSK4 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
