Description

TSPY like 5 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TSPYL5 gene. Predicted to enable chromatin binding activity and histone binding activity. Involved in several processes, including cellular response to gamma radiation; positive regulation of protein kinase B signaling; and positive regulation of protein ubiquitination. Predicted to be active in chromatin and nucleus.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the TSPYL5 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids R24-Q337) was used as the immunogen for the TSPYL5 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the TSPYL5 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
