Description

This gene encodes a subunit of the tRNA splicing endonuclease complex, which catalyzes the removal of introns from precursor tRNAs. The complex is also implicated in pre-mRNA 3-prime end processing. Mutations in this gene result in pontocerebellar hypoplasia type 2.

Optimal dilution of the TSEN54 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids D147-H507) was used as the immunogen for the TSEN54 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the TSEN54 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
