Description

TNRC6C plays a role in RNA-mediated gene silencing by micro-RNAs (miRNAs). Required for miRNA-dependent translational repression of complementary mRNAs by argonaute family proteins.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the TNRC6C antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

An E.coli-derived human recombinant protein (amino acids H773-E1009) was used as the immunogen for the TNRC6C antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the TNRC6C antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
